Flow (Vinyasa Yoga)

Vinyasa yoga incorporates movement with breath flowing from one pose to another to build strength, mobility and mindfulness. All levels of yoga experience welcome. Designed to warm up the body and increase your flexibility, flow uses physical yoga (asana) to create a moving meditation. Flow is a space for you to get out of your head onto your mat and drop into self.
