Roy is hands down the best trainer I have ever had. He helped me train for my first marathon, and beat my target time. He gave fantastic advice during every injury and encouraged me to work through it. What sets him apart from other trainers is his wealth of knowledge, compassion and clear enthusiasm for not only fitness, but wellness. Would recommend him to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level.
Been coming to TFP consistently (about 3 times a week) since September 2017. This place is now a second-home to my partner and I.
TFP has everything my partner and I were searching for in a gym/studio - positive, welcoming, and supportive culture, qualified coaches with holistic approaches, and workouts that are functional.
Definitely come check out this place if you want somewhere positive where focus is on fitness and friendship, not gym-selfies and fancy-schmancy expensive active wear.

Every class is a different challenge so there's no chance of getting bored with repetitive sessions. I've been going since beginning of January around 4 sessions a week plus yoga and I not only feel way stronger but also really motivated to keep on showing up every day and achieving my goals. I've never been so into a gym before.
The vibe is great, really nice community feel. The couches and yoga instructors and their holistic approach are all I ever wanted to find in a gym so thank you all for motivating us and making us stronger and better human beings 🙂
