Vinyasa yoga incorporates movement with breath, flowing from one pose to another to build strength, mobility and mindfulness. All levels of yoga experience welcome. Designed to warm up the body and increase your flexibility, flow uses physical yoga (asana) to create a moving meditation. Flow is a space for you to get out of your head, onto your mat and drop into your self.
With just 2 classes a week, these are advanced sessions designed to prepare you to tackle the toughest Spartan Race or Event outside of TFP HQ. Whether you're a regular OCR racer, or just want to take your training to the next level, SGX sessions are challenging and invite bravery and a willingness to work.
